Deacon is currently providing general contracting services for Pathways Place, a 78-unit, 52,066 sf affordable housing community in Ellensburg, developed by Stewardship Development in partnership with HopeSource. The project serves households at 30% and 50% AMI, with 20 Permanent Supportive Housing units for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness and 12 units dedicated to veterans and their families.

Years in the making, Pathways Place reflects the perseverance of its development team and the broader Ellensburg community — and Deacon was onsite within 24 hours of funding close to help bring it across the finish line.
